30 DAY RETURN POLICY
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged. If you have tried your warmer and are not satisfied within the return period, you are still eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee unless the warmer has been damaged.
- You must contact our support email to authorize the return as valid.
IMPORTANT - All returns must be approved before they will be accepted.
Please note any items purchased on Clearance or Liquidation cannot be returned and sales are considered final.
If you received a Damaged Warmer: If you received a warmer that was damaged or had stones that were damaged, you MUST contact our support within 7 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund. For returns or customer service, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are eligible to claim as part of a replacement plan, you must have registered your product in our system within the registration period. If you are ready to move forward with your replacement, please send an email to email@example.com with the following:
- Full name of the purchaser
- Order number
- Your full address
- A description of the problem and two photos showing the product, front and back.
