Register a product to activate your warrantee or replacement plan.
If you are eligible to claim as part of a replacement plan, you must have registered your product in our system within the registration period. If you are ready to move forward with your replacement, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Full name of the purchaser
- Order number
- Your full address
- A description of the problem and two photos showing the product, front and back.
